Katya, who started tutoring when she was in Year 12, has extensive experience tutoring students of all ages and learning abilities, with an enthusiastic interest in working with neurodivergent and developmentally affected students.
Katya is known for her patience, warmth, adaptable teaching style and incorporation of sensory experiences into learning. Engaging with a curriculum designed for neurotypical students is challenging, but with fiery persistence Katya has formulated a teaching and study strategy which appeals not just to neurotypical students, but also specifically to students with ADHD and autism.
Katya is currently studying mathematics and physics at the University of New South Wales.

Katya’s Reviews
I am so impressed with the service from Future Tutor. My daughter felt she needed extra support with only four weeks to go to her maths exam (year 9). Future Tutor was able to get someone to help her immediately. When my daughter gave feedback about wanting a different approach to the tutoring the tutor listened and immediately pivoted. We will be continuing with them going into year 10. I cant recommend them highly enough.
