Science

“Equipped with his five senses, man explores the universe around him and calls the adventure Science.”

Edwin Powell Hubble

Learning science shapes the way we move through the world. It teaches us to question and to observe. For many, science at school is the first time students learn about the fundamental rules that dictate the workings of the universe.

It’s not all fun and games, though. Conducting science requires mathematical skills, writing ability and creativity. It can often be difficult to identify what our weaknesses are when addressing struggles with science, and falling behind can detach us from the curiosity that makes science exciting.

Through working with a tutor students can practice all parts of the scientific method from literature based research to experimental design to data analysis. Our tutors can even help you investigate a topic that you are passionate about!

Science empowers us to question, to observe, and to delve into the unknown. From the vast expanse of the cosmos to the intricate mechanisms of life, science illuminates the wonders that surround us.
